Gidi Flow is a 3D animated short film inspired by the energy and rhythm of everyday life in Lagos. The film follows a young character through his morning routine, from waking up and stopping his alarm to brushing his teeth before heading out for an early morning run. 

The project was developed as a cinematic 3D experience, with a focus on environmental storytelling, lighting, composition, character movement, and creating a recognisable sense of place through a stylised Lagos setting. 

Gidi Flow was an exploration of how 3D animation can be used to capture the atmosphere of a familiar environment and turn an ordinary daily routine into a cinematic experience. From character animation and environmental design to lighting, camera composition, and rendering, the project allowed me to develop a more complete approach to 3D storytelling.

More importantly, it reflects my interest in combining design, motion, and 3D to create visual experiences that feel grounded in culture, place, and everyday life.
